Installer
Coastal Glazing is seeking a qualified Window Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the installation of residential and commercial windows and be comfortable working with subcontractors and customers alike. As part of this role, you will be responsible for providing superior customer service while installing windows according to established regulations and standards.
Responsibilities:
- Install windows according to applicable standards and regulations
- Work with subcontractors to ensure the timely installation of windows
- Maintain clean worksite at all times
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any questions or concerns in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot any installation issues that may arise
- Perform regular maintenance on installed windows
Project Manager
Coastal Glazing is looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing leadership in the planning, execution, and completion of projects within our organization.
You will be expected to oversee project plans, timelines, budgets, resources and successful completion of various construction-related projects. You will also be responsible for managing team members and subcontractors, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
The ideal candidate for this position must have a minimum of 5 years project management experience in construction or related fields and a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or equivalent field. Other requirements include excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and strong problem-solving skills.
